Job Description
We are seeking a Lab Chemist to join our Quality & R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, maintaining quality standards, and supporting product development activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory analysis and chemical testing for silica products.
- Maintain quality control standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely test reports, maintaining proper documentation.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
- Support R&D projects and provide technical inputs for process improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety guidelines and SOPs.

Qualification
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field

Job Description
We are looking for a Safety Officer who will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety systems across the manufacturing plant. The role requires ensuring compliance with statutory norms and developing a culture of safety within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor workplace safety policies and emergency response procedures.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments regularly.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and factory safety laws.
- Organize and lead training sessions on occupational health, safety, and environment (HSE).
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe plant operations.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation for compliance audits.
